Com Pro is a Canadian provider of Managed IT Services and Print Solutions. Our company was founded in 1998 by Mitch Clancey who developed his company with a simple objective: to build a business known for great customer experiences, driven by a team of employees who love what they do and the environment they work in. And we’re proud to say that our average tenure for our service and support team is over 10 years!

In 2018, Com Pro acquired a majority share in Syncronet Managed IT Solutions. Syncronet has been providing Managed IT solutions in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland since 1992 and shared many of the same values as Com Pro, including dependability, innovation, clear communication, and a service culture committed to delivering the highest quality of customer care.

Today, we are known as Com Pro Managed Business Solutions and we’ve grown to be one of the largest independent and local providers of Managed Print and IT Services in the Lower Mainland.

Milestones

1998

Com Pro opens for business in a small corner of a warehouse in Surrey.

1999

Com Pro is recognised by Sharp as one of its fastest-growing dealers and is authorised as a full-line Sharp dealer.

2006

Com Pro implements E-Automate business management software, which helps streamline our daily processes and operations, improving our customer service and support.

2008

Com Pro moves to 10,000 square foot location in Cloverdale.

2009

Com Pro partners with Lexmark as a full-line dealer.

2014

Com Pro implements FM Audit Software, which enables equipment monitoring for consumables and service requirements.

2016

Com Pro implements Sherpa Software, a CRM system that assists our sales department in building better relationships with our customers and prospects.

2017

Com Pro implements CEO Juice Software, which provides automated best practices and insights from customer surveys and feedback.

2018

Com Pro engages in a complete rebranding effort and invests in Syncronet Managed IT Services.

2020

Syncronet Managed IT Services and Com Pro Managed Print merge to become Com Pro Managed Business Solutions, offering both managed print and managed IT
